We at Mahiya want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, so we have made our exchange and return system very simple. All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent to ensure a high level of quality in the products you purchase from us.
We only offer an exchange, not a refund, for change of mind or wrong fit.
Sale, discounted, and discount coupon items are marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
All exchanges must meet the following requirements:
>> Mail it back within 7 business days from the date of delivery (14 for international customers)>> Please note Mahiya does not refund because of change of mind. Refunds are only issued if an item is faulty and cannot be repaired. As our items are handmade, we will offer to pay for the repair of the item if a small fault occurs. If the item cannot be repaired, we will happily replace the item if the stock is available or refund you upon return. We also have a 3 Month Warranty period on all of our pieces.

Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Mahiya reserves the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new or unused condition. If you cannot find anything in our store that you would like to exchange, we will offer you a credit note to the amount of the original purchase (excluding freight) which can be used in store and is valid for six months from the date of issue.
All of our leather is dyed individually, so each product colour will vary from one to the next, making each piece unique!
PLEASE NOTE IF USING AFTERPAY AS YOUR PAYMENT OPTION IF FOR ANY REASON YOU REQUIRE A REFUND THERE WILL BE A 6% AFTERPAY FEE (OF ORDER VALUE) THAT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED
