Our specially handmade products are designed in Australia. We have searched the globe to find unique leather and fabrics to use throughout our products. Leather irregularities (such as hide marks or colour variations) are part of the beauty of a handmade product and are not considered a fault. All our leather is individually hand dyed so colours can vary slightly from photos provided making each piece unique. Please feel free to email us for more images in store if needed before purchase. 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ? As our warehouse starts processing orders immediately after they are placed, we are not able to make any changes or cancel orders once they are placed.

All sale items are final sale and can not be exchanged unless the item is faulty.

CARING FOR YOUR LEATHER
Keep leather out of direct sunlight over long periods to prevent fading. We recommend using a leather protector spray or cream and conditioner to protect from accidental spills and cracking, and wipe any marks with a clean, damp cloth. Please read our Leather Care Tips & Tricks for more detailed information.
 

ITEMS WITH HAND WOVEN FABRIC INCORPORATED
Please be aware that items with hand woven fabrics will differ slightly from each other. As they are all handmade and sourced from South America, fabric placement in these items will be different. 
 

APPLYING A COUPON 
When choosing the express checkout option, it will automatically take you to Paypal to sign in. Don't worry that the code isn't applied yet - after you press PAY in Paypal, it will take you back to the website to complete the purchase and apply the coupon code for the discount.
 

PRE ORDER 
Pre Order means that an item is currently not in stock in our warehouse but is still available to purchase. Don't worry, it will be back in stock and ready to send out soon! Please email us if you need to know exact times.

Yes, Our incredible artisans handcraft each Mahiya handbag from ethically sourced leather, using pops of colours and unique designs to allow you to express yourself through your style. We use Ethically sourced cow, sheep and goat leather to suit each product. Each handbag is designed with functionality, along with style, at the forefront of our minds, resulting in the perfect accessory for every occasion.

Where are the bags made?

Each and every style is hand-designed in Australia and crafted by our talented team of local artisans in Bali, we love working with our gifted team of entrepreneurs on 'The Island of the Gods.'

$25 Rest of world, Australia Post 5-14 days delivery no tracking online or signature

USA, Canada & NZ orders over $350 AUD receive Free Shipping.

FREE LOCAL PICK-UP For those located in or around Australia's Gold Coast, free local pick-up of purchased items is allowed at our Showroom in Currumbin. Please note that we are open from 10am-2:30pm  on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The pick-up address is 4/23 Leonard Parade, Currumbin Waters, QLD 4223.

Please Note:

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days once payment is received. (During Sale Periods this can take up to 5 days to be shipped with high volumes of orders to be processed) Please allow 5-7 working days for your item(s) to arrive within Australia ( some remote areas may take longer)  We use prepaid regular post satchels. 

Items are inspected by us before dispatch. Once an item has been sent, Mahiya will no longer be responsible for goods shipped. If you require insurance, please send us an email upon purchasing.

Please make sure your shipping address details are up to date when ordering. Please check with your local post office if you experience problems during shipping. We do not refund for items lost in the mail. If you are experiencing problems, please follow up with Australia Post to lodge an enquiry. We will do our best to assist you. 

 

Can I return my order?

Sure, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving your order to exchange or for a credit note. We do not refund for change of mind.

What if my item is faulty?

Our apologies if you have received an item that is not in perfect condition.

Is there local pickup?
