Having just returned from a quick getaway to one of our favourite destinations - Bali, Indonesia - we thought we'd offer a little more travel lust with a few locations inspired by select pieces from our latest clothing range, Vacay.

Having the opportunity to explore new scenery and landscapes, as well as learn more about the unique culture and history that shapes each place, drives our desire to keep adding new destinations to the list as well as revisit old favourites.

Vacay Inspiration: Mahiya Travel Crush

We love flaunting that perfect dash of colour in our daily style, whether it's with a chic leather wallet, Aztec inspired leather boots or turquoise statement ring, and decided to create a clothing collection with understated yet bold colours, ideal for every season and easy to dress up or down depending on where you're travelling.

We realise the need for comfort while sitting in planes, trains and cars, but didn't think it was necessary to sacrifice any form of playful movement or boho style in our designs. 

WHITE

Located in southwest Bolivia, Salar de Uyuni is the world's largest salt flat. With an elevation of 3,656 meters (11,995 feet) above sea level and a mirrored lake that makes for an excellent photo opportunity, Salar de Uyuni is also home to a population of colourful pink flamingos. Dubbed 'the place where Heaven meets the earth,' this unique area of Bolivia is one of our otherworldly travel crushes for 2018.

MANGO

From the golden hues of St. Mark's Basilica to stunning sunsets from the pier of a Venetian canal, there's not a much more glamorous location than the shores of Italy. We realise that Venice is long past being a secret travel destination, but can't help falling in love with the dramatic and colourful architecture, small alley charm and passion of its local artisans, many of whom specialise in leatherwork, glass blowing and mask-making.

PINK

We've always wanted to witness the gorgeous cherry blossoms - or sakura - in Japan, and Osaka, with its hearty array of street food, modern architecture and exciting nightlife, is one of the top spots on our vacay list. Located on the island of Honshu, Osaka's cherry blossom season is typically in April and best seen at places like Osaka Castle Park, Kema Sakuranomiya Park and Osaka Mint Bureau. We adore this colour palette and think it matches perfectly with our pink pattern aesthetic.
