We only offer an exchange, not a refund, for change of mind or wrong fit. Sale, discounted, and discount coupon items are marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
All exchanges must meet the following requirements:
>> Mail it back within 7 business days from the date of delivery (14 for international customers)
>> Please note Mahiya does not refund because of change of mind. Refunds are only issued if an item is faulty. (Faulty items must be returned within 21 days of purchase)
>> All products must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with ALL tags still attached.
If you have received a faulty item please email us (with a photo of the fault) at email@example.com. As our items are handmade, we will offer to pay for the repair of the item if a small fault occurs. If the item cannot be repaired, we will happily replace the item if the stock is available or refund you upon return. We also have a 3 Month Warranty period on all of our pieces. *Please note this excludes noticeable fair wear and tear.
Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Mahiya reserves the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new or unused condition. If you cannot find anything in our store that you would like to exchange, we will offer you a credit note to the amount of the original purchase (excluding freight) which can be used in store and is valid for six months from the date of issue.
Please note that since all leather is dyed individually, each product colour will vary from one to the next, making each piece unique!
